Paver Blocks:
Paver blocks are used for outdoor flooring such as driveways, footpaths, patios, and gardens. They come in different shapes, sizes, and colors, allowing for creative designs and smooth finishes.

• Press machine Paver.
• Clc blocks.

2) FEATURES AND BENEFIT-:

• As it is liquid easily diluted in water.
• It will reduce the permeability of water in to blocks.
• It is economical as compare other type of additives.
• It will stronger the strength of the blocks.
• Initial setting very fast.
• Reduce labour cost in flyash bricks.

3) METHOD OF USING JUST MIX-IT HARDENER-:

• First mix-it the mortar of cement thoroughly in machine for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Now add 80% water as per ratio and again mix-it for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Now add JUST MIX-IT HARDENER in remaining water and mix-it in concrete mixer.
• Mix-it for next 4 to 5 minutes withdraws the mortar from concrete for using it.
• Now empty the mortar in paver or cement block machine for making best product.

4) PRECAUTION AND LIMITATION-:

• Please do not add hardener to dry cement of aggregate mix.
• Maintain water cement ratio as per good practice.

5) PACKING-:

• 300kg.

6) SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE-:

• Shelf life is 2 years from the date of packing.
• Please store in cool dry place.

7) PRECAUTION-:

• Please use rubber glows and goggles for using JUST MIX-IT

HARDNER.

• Pour lot of water if contacted with eyes and take help of
  doctor if further needed.
• Try to avoid skin wounded skin contact .
• Keep out of reach of children.

8) RATIO-:

• 200 ml to 900ml per 50kg cement bag as per season and
  area.
